Arpit grew up on a medical school campus, surrounded by healthcare professionals and inspired by the impact of medicine. His first project as a software engineer was a health insurance platform. For him, building next-generation healthcare AI is both a professional mission and a personal tribute to his roots, using technology to create meaningful, real-world impact in the world of care.

Starting as a doctor and later moving into public health, he saw firsthand how tech could solve systemic healthcare challenges. He went on to build digital tools for hospitals in rural India and concierge practices in the U.S. At Health Connect, Binu combines deep medical understanding with modern AI to create solutions that work in real-world care.

Growing up in Vietnam, she saw the impact of disconnected healthcare when her grandmother suffered repeated allergic reactions due to missing records. That experience shaped her belief in accessible, intelligent care. Now, she’s dedicated to ensuring Health Connect not only succeeds in the market but transforms it for good.

Colin brings more than 50 years of Business, Nuclear Engineering, and Project Management experience, both from the U.K. and the U.S. He is renowned for identifying problem areas before they occur and for providing practical solutions for consideration. Colin's love for healthcare began in his time with the Scouts, leading inclusive camping experiences for kids of all abilities, including those with severe learning disabilities.

As a physicist and physiologist with a PhD in Quantum Imaging, working at the intersection of science, technology, and human-centred innovation, she’s led teams applying AI and UX design to improve complex care environments. At Health Connect, Chané leads Care Intelligence research to enhance outcomes while restoring trust, dignity, and humanity in care.

Dan comes from a family deeply rooted in healthcare, giving him a personal understanding of the challenges care professionals face and the impact the right tools can have. At Health Connect, he leads strategic partnerships and growth, working closely with providers to deliver technology that truly improves outcomes.

Kalisa's childhood dream was to become a doctor, inspired by their ability to save and impact lives. Today, that same passion drives him as a software engineer at Health Connect, where he builds technology that empowers care providers and improves patient outcomes, fulfilling his childhood dream through technology and innovation.

As the heartbeat of our workplace, he is passionate about supporting mental health, recognising that working at a tech company can be stressful.
