Arpit grew up on a medical school campus, surrounded by healthcare professionals and inspired by the impact of medicine. His first project as a software engineer was a health insurance platform. For him, building next-generation healthcare AI is both a professional mission and a personal tribute to his roots, using technology to create meaningful, real-world impact in the world of care.

Mark is Head of OpenDoc Community at Health Connect, bringing over 20 years’ experience in health and social care. He leads the OpenDoc Community in connecting care providers and sector experts to share trusted knowledge, practical resources and best practice. Mark is also co-founder of The Caring View, the UK’s largest free social care resource, supporting the sector through educational content, podcasts and campaigns.

Starting as a doctor and later moving into public health, he saw firsthand how tech could solve systemic healthcare challenges. He went on to build digital tools for hospitals in rural India and concierge practices in the U.S. At Health Connect, Binu combines deep medical understanding with modern AI to create solutions that work in real-world care.

Deena is a healthcare executive, nursing leader and clinical governance specialist with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare quality, patient safety and organisational leadership. Previously Group Clinical Governance Manager and Group Chief Nursing Officer, he has led clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and quality improvement across large healthcare organisations. Passionate about healthcare innovation, Deena champions responsible, evidence-based AI that improves patient outcomes, supports clinical decision-making and reduces administrative burden.

Growing up in Vietnam, she saw the impact of disconnected healthcare when her grandmother suffered repeated allergic reactions due to missing records. That experience shaped her belief in accessible, intelligent care. Now, she’s dedicated to ensuring Health Connect not only succeeds in the market but transforms it for good.

Jahanzeib is Product Marketing Manager at Health Connect, specialising in health tech, SaaS positioning and go-to-market strategy. He focuses on turning complex technology into clear propositions that earn trust and drive adoption in healthcare. Previously at Credentially, he gained first-hand experience of the challenges involved in getting clinicians and care teams to adopt new technology. At Health Connect, he works across product, marketing and commercial teams to sharpen positioning and bring products to market.

With a background in healthcare governance, compliance, and digital transformation, Dan understands the challenges faced by care providers. He has worked across mental health and care services, leading initiatives to improve quality, strengthen compliance, and embed digital systems into everyday practice. At Health Connect, Dan partners with organisations to drive adoption and deliver meaningful value, improving outcomes, enhancing compliance, and supporting better care.

As a physicist and physiologist with a PhD in Quantum Imaging, working at the intersection of science, technology, and human-centred innovation, she’s led teams applying AI and UX design to improve complex care environments. At Health Connect, Chané leads Care Intelligence research to enhance outcomes while restoring trust, dignity, and humanity in care.

Colin brings more than 50 years of Business, Nuclear Engineering, and Project Management experience, both from the U.K. and the U.S. He is renowned for identifying problem areas before they occur and for providing practical solutions for consideration. Colin's love for healthcare began in his time with the Scouts, leading inclusive camping experiences for kids of all abilities, including those with severe learning disabilities.

From an early age Clare has been driven by a deep-rooted care for people and animals, a compassion that first grew during nursing work experience at her local hospital in her teens and was profoundly shaped by a gap year spent in Kenya, working with under-privileged children and communities. These experiences embedded in her the importance of empathy, dignity, and human-centred support - values Clare has nurtured throughout her career and now brings to her work as a Product Manager at Health Connect.

Kalisa's childhood dream was to become a doctor, inspired by their ability to save and impact lives. Today, that same passion drives him as a software engineer at Health Connect, where he builds technology that empowers care providers and improves patient outcomes, fulfilling his childhood dream through technology and innovation.

Luke's fervent passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges drives his problem-solving in developing Health Connect.

Nadine brings a practical, user-focused mindset to quality assurance, looking at software through the eyes of the people who use it. She validates features, spots gaps and asks the questions others might miss. She believes great quality comes from thinking beyond the obvious and always asking, “What if?”

As the heartbeat of our workplace, he is passionate about supporting mental health, recognising that working at a tech company can be stressful. By fostering a healthy, positive, and well-organised environment where everyone can do their best work, Yves ensures smooth daily operations and promotes overall workplace wellbeing.

Growing up, Isaac was naturally curious, always asking questions, digging into problems, and trying to understand how things worked. At Health Connect, he uses that same mindset to ensure the care intelligence system is reliable and safe. His curiosity helps him spot issues before they affect the end user, and that’s something he is proud to contribute to.

He always dreamed of joining the Air Force, inspired by their mission to support and protect others.
